• Dear Voters, I obtained a Finance degree from Howard University. My study included an internship at the NY Federal Reserve Bank. I recall its mandate - to pursue full employment, stable prices, and moderate interest rates. My early experience in monetary policymaking guides me today as Employment and Labor Law are central to my work. After undergrad, I worked with JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, and others, in a Regulatory role. And, after graduating from NY Law School, I began my ten year law practice. My practice traversed NY and NJ, State and Federal Courts. I handled civil and criminal cases, with emphasis in employment and civil rights matters. As a small-firm/solo practicioner, I managed cases from the initial client consultation, through discovery, motion practice, and trial when necessary. I practiced law, and worked on Wall Street. I argued before the Second Circuits' highest court, and argued before a lone-sitting Administrative Law Judge. My varied experiences serve me well.
