Personal Statement |
- I bring fourteen years of quality experience to the position. My legal practice first began in Michigan where I practiced in all courts handling criminal and civil cases and trials. In 1997, I became licensed to practice in New York and spent several years in private practice handling hundreds of cases that encompassed litigation, trials and appeals in all areas of the law. While in private practice, I practiced in all New York State Courts handling complex cases and appeals in many areas of the law. I also served as a law guardian in Surrogate’s Court cases. My experience also includes several years of practicing with Cellino & Barnes in Rochester as a trial and appellate attorney. I have represented over one thousand clients and have handled hundreds of cases simultaneously encompassing litigation, trial and appellate practice throughout 20 counties in Western and Central New York. My experience includes hundreds of hours in the courtroom advocating my clients’ interests. I am a proud active member of the Pultneyville Volunteer Fire Department and Masonic Lodge and believe in public service. I possess the necessary legal knowledge and experience which the position requires.
