Personal Statement |
- During my more than 25 years of practicing law, I have had a wide range of experiences: I have done civil rights work in federal courts; I have tried criminal cases; and, I have done a significant amount of civil work. I have argued before administrative tribunals, as well as all trial courts in the State of New York. I have also argued cases in New York's Appellate Division and the Court of Appeals. The longevity of my career and the varied experiences that I have had have not only helped me to hone my legal skills, but they will also help me to become a good judge.
